Orbital asymmetry

If my eyes were asymmetrycal since I was 2-3 years old, the only way to fix the asymmetry is the orbital surgery right?

It kinda is noticeable a little, I asked my brother and he said my left eye is a little higher then my right, I personally think my biggest flaws are deviated septum, narrow jaw and ultra short ramus, also my dental cant is really fucked up, I cant even smile, ts horrid, I already started saving up money for sugeries, i will probably get double jaw, genioplasty, ramus and zygo implants,
