When your body is cold, you shiver to generate heat. So, you're burning calories to stay warm, right? Would wearing a light jacket in the winter, rather than a heavy jacket or coat, be beneficial in weight-loss?

my dog lost weight shivering this winter now we put a little sweater on him 🥰
