IMDO - mandible lengthening, chin heightening, chin widening
BSSO - mandible lengthening
Genioplasty - chin heightening
Lefort 1 - lower maxilla forward movement
Lefort 2 - mid and lower maxilla forward movement
Lefort 3 - whole maxilla forward movement
Chin wing - whole chin movement

theres more but those are the big bois

Bimax is a BSSO+Lefort 1 since that surgery gets thrown around alot
