Due to nuking of testesterone, no facial hair and no skin aging, most adults with Klinefelters look young and have indicators of youth.

Small testicles, most likely a smaller dick, due to low T wider hips, narrower shoulders, overall body with more fat and gyno

Assuming this patient hops on TRT, treats gyno and pushes his genetics to the max, could he ascend?
