test and dht are the only androgens u gotta worry abt for hair

dut/fin work by preventing testosterone from converting into dht, and for the majority of men, dht binding to androgen receptors in the scalp is the main cause of hair loss. dut/fin doesn't reduce all dht, only 70-90% of it, and that's usually enough to stop hair loss (but not to regrow hair, u need minoxidil for that). Since there is much less dht to bind to androgen receptors in the scalp now, the majority of the androgen receptors in the scalp are gonna be taken by test. For most guys this increased test doesn't matter, but for some it will cause even more hair loss.

only way u can tell is by seeing whether or not ur hair loss stops (u need a hair catcher to reliably measure how much hair you are losing), if your hair loss hasn't slowed down, add on ru cause that stops androgens from binding to androgen receptors in the scalp
