Sodium to potassium ratio is very important in debloating. You should have much more potassium than you have sodium. That being said, there is this new drink that is popular amongst 9 year olds. Very interesting thing about it is that the sellers say it contains a lot of potassium and only a really small amount on sodium. Could this meme drink actually be a great way to debloat?
