Could toe lengthening make my shoe size size 16?

Im currently on mk677 and taking melatonin before bed to ig1 and hghmaxx im currently a size uk 11 shoe but if i were to get toe lengthening could this increase it? I want mogger proportions although this thread sounds extremely retarded
