This seems contradicting at first, because the more T you have, the more is converted to estrogen. But it is not the number of estrogen that is causing the E related side effects in your body, it is the ratio of androgens vs estrogens/igf1/prolactin etc (things that upregulate aromatase expression). That is why you see guys who have low E still getting some gyno, because there are not enough antagonists in the body.
On the other hand you see guys who are on gear with high estrogen levels not develop gyno, because they have the androgens to prevent and antagonize the effects E has on the receptors in the breast tissue.
What if with this effect, TRT could reduce looksmins like Bloating, water retention, unclear skin, reduce puffy nipples etc?
I only have to wait one more week for TRT, will post my experiences.
