Could volufiline help ascend my eye area?

Left is what i normally look like. My eye lid sag form the lower side which give a NCT appearance. it is pronaly caused from recessed infras? would using ordinary voul help it become more like the other photo (when im slightly holding my skin up).

Volufiline is complete and utter cope.
