Could you be low inhib AND have high awareness?

You see Instagram nigs driving 200mph and swerving past cars like they are playing Midnight Club IRL, and that got me thinking if these niggers are aware that other drivers being predictable is what lets them do this.

The moment another driver makes an erratic move, it's over.

But do these niggers have the capacity to think that? Are they aware and don't care, or are they unaware?

This was just one scenario, you could think of many others. But my point is can these people look 10 steps ahead?

It's possible it's just rare

Most of the low inhib people you see are just taking crazy risks with no real awareness of the potential severity of their actions if things go wrong. Many are operating at a very basal level of cognition similar to an animal where their lack of thinking allows a very 1:1 relationship with their instincts and the impressiveness of their actions is not so much a result of conscious control and more an expression of pure genetic endowment similar to the way a cat will always land on its feet or may react to something faster than you can fathom. The "cat" here isn't doing anything if we are to categorize the "cat" as the actions occuring in its mind, most of what it does is a result of vestigial programming somewhere in its spinal cord, brainstem and general nervous system and while there may not be any conscious awareness behind the behaviors exhibited, it doesn't make them any less impressive.

Rare high sentience low inhib people as defined by the way humans judge intelligence/awareness and the way you are probably referring usually end up in specialized careers for that sort of personality, think fighter jet pilots, specialized military units, F1 drivers, etc.
