Yea ik the extractions are brutal and they are necessary for body to operate too.
However since you are really young you could get some pretty nice bone growth at your age if you employ the correct methods.
You will have to try very hard but it’s still possible.

Expanders don’t really give forward growth (maybe a tiny bit from what I’ve seen but MsE for example fucks up your ratios cause it makes your maxilla way larger and messes up ratios as it doesn’t provide sufficient forward growth).

In terms of orthodontic fees you would need a face mask for forward growth. There’s a couple new ones out there like the Bow face mask and the Crane face mask.

I haven't set anything yet. I only took a CT scan and was horrified to be honest, but I still did not compare it with the picture that was full of wisdom teeth. I think there is a positive trend there, BUT I still understand that it would be better without extraction. I have plans to install a dilator, but the orthodontist told me that it would not be possible without surgery, I want to turn to another one.

Nah you have to use expander first then you use braces after. You’ll also have to correct the gap that will form in front of the first 2 incisors. You can get expander and braces at same time, logically.

Idk man it depends how fucked your bite is. If your mandible looks recessed then they are gonna bring ur maxilla back to ‘align’ it when in reality they should bring ur mandible forward. If you don’t want rubber bands for bite (recession in some way) then you’d probaky need surgery or let puberty finish (with proper habits) and see how things go.
