double jaw surgery with ccw rotation would benefit you heavily since your gonial angle is pretty high and your mandible is recessed, it would balance your facial thirds, rhino would also help alot

A cirurgia bimaxilar com rotação anti-horária seria extremamente benéfica para você, visto que seu ângulo goníaco é bastante elevado e sua mandíbula é retraída. Isso equilibraria os terços faciais. A rinoplastia também ajudaria bastante.
