I kept a lot maybe 50% and I only used minox in three 4-6 month cycles before the rape got to me
I’d assume you keep more the longer ur on it
I was mainly using it for more surface area tho my actual eyebrow was dense

My brows are like somerhalder on the right I need more horizontal area than actual density itself

Way I see it is you’ve been on 2 years. They are either permanent by now and you don’t need to use it any more, or you are on minox for life if you want to keep them, so you can just restart using it and not come off again.
