Try out shoulder pads before getting surgery. Frame also has a large correlation with height so you might look like a refrigerator if you don't have the right proportions.

It's mostly just width, which shoulder pads can replicate (unless you have giga rounded shoulders).

Look at nick batsman’s straight clavicles compared to the V shaped clavicles on the tatted compensator, this is what I meant hanging look vs a straight chad look
