As if being paki stops you from being Hindu, plus then you might as well not even be "brahmin" since you don't even practice your brahmanism. Hot showers are extremely damaging jfl this is just common sense.

If you're gonna have a shower you should have it lukewarm and for as short as possible. And don't use soap or shampoo but if you really need to then use as little as possible

It doesn't mean anything. Endocrine system is much more complex. Aggression can come from literally anything, but you assume estrogen? If anything, you would be more depressed and lethargic, not angry (if your estrogen was raised).
