Covering/Frauding a fucked up side profile

Anyone have any ideas on how to cover up an absolutely fucked up side profile
In my case it would be just covering my genetically raped ramus and chin
Im growing out my hair to hopefully cover up my ramus however I have no idea how to coverup my chin or maybe even fraud a better one (if that even is possible which I doubt)
If anyone has any ideas please let me know

(Ik my gonial angle will still be visibly fucked but it’s better than nothing)
