Meditate, exercise and get your vitamins. There's no quick and easy fix, but it can get way better if you put your mind to it with diligence and determination.

I was fucked for half a year after catching covid, brainfog and laziness wise. I am only recently back to normal.

Physical symptoms of covid made me have high temp but I burned it out really quickly.

I lost my sense of taste and smell for the 6 months aswell which was a fucking nightmare. Everything tasted like utter garbage, I lost tonnes of weight.

Then my parents got vaccinated and I caught it another 2 times from them but each time it was less and less severe and now I don't get ill.
