Still need something to hide my philtrum (destroyed it in 2018 accidently with a clothespin)

i think the before and after look same. what mistake did you make?

I put a colothespin with cotton pads on it for some nights to stretch my nasolabial folds more flat and then the philtrum looked ultra swollen for 2 years
