Lately my jaw has been cracking like a lot when I chew and it sometimes hurts, is this a sign of Tmj and what should I do to prevent this from getting worse?

Tmj disorder is a curse that is driven mainly from satan and his disciples which are demons.In order to break the curse you need to violently start mechanical loading on your gonions with preferably a hammer

Just eat soft diet for some time and look if you brux/clenching in sleep
