Is there a procedure that can fix the left side of my face to look like the right all in one go, I qualify for upper jaw surgery where they would move the underdeveloped side forward and place a mechanism that slowly separates it causing new bone to form. Sadly insurance considers it cosmetic, and I’m not paying over 35k for it + fees and braces. My budget is 25k right now but can be raised to around 30k although I’d be homeless. Is there a specific surgeon who will just reshape it with soft tissue and implants all in one go? Or do I have to get a full malar implant custom made to match the other side, commisuroplasty/lip lift, multiple masseter Botoxes, canthoplasty +whatever else my eye would need, i.e., support grafts/ implants, and nasio implants/ filler at seperate at dates. Or should I just save and eventually give in to the upper jaw surgery?

Well this is a hard one. Do you have Class I bite with all of that weird asymmetry? If you fix you jaw and lower maxila will the rest look ok? Form pictures and without some scans it's hard to know what the situation is in the lower maxila and jaw.

theres no asymmetry. what you do have is a deep bite which makes your lower third short. for that you need a jaw surgery. ive seen you had braces before to correct it, they flattened your curve of spee. it needs to be reversed for the bsso surgery.
