Crashed estradiol is more of a looksmin than high estradiol (my experience)

High e2 (my experience on 525mg test without an AI):

• Bloatcel
• Shiny/oily skin
• Mild gyno
• Greasy hair

Low/crashed e2:

• Extremely dry skin (I attributed this to accutane without realizing the effects of my AI)
• Dry eyes/red sclera (same note as above)
• Dry lips (same note)
• Constant buzzing/brain fog (almost feels like it's difficult to form a thought)
• Pale face
• Increased blue/purple under eyes (thin skin)
• Dry mouth/always thirsty (became mildly hyponatremic when combined with diuretics)
• Dry hair (compensating with argan oil never fully reversed cosmetic detriment)
• Hot flashes
• Constant fatigue (led to abuse of stimulants like modafinil and caffeine)
• Low libido
• Social anxiety
• Orthostatic hypertension
