Crashed my e2 how many weeks till retest bloods

Got a blood test and e2 was in the bin

-350mg test
-150mg eq
-6.25mg aromasin (because I thought I was a high aromatiser)
-hcg 250iu 2x a week

I will drop the ai, and get a retest. How many weeks shoulr I wait for the exemestane to dissapear and my e2 to be back in range before deciding to touch the eq.

And in the meantime what can I do to mitigate either than eod pinning hcg

Well I was getting high e2 side effects likes acne, nips, ect

why the eq?, wouldnt it be smarter to drop the ai first to see how the body aromatises with just 150mg eq
