Ingredients:
- It depends on what ingredients you use. I got it to 600 cal and 8g carb, but you can tweak yours and maybe get it even lower
Pizza 1 (put a little more flour in it and used sweet cheese as opposed to mozzarella here)
Pizza 2:
- Almond Flour
- Low-fat mozzarella
- Baking Powder
- Salt
- Low-carb tomato sauce (You can sweeten it more yourself with something like Erythrytol or Sucralose or Acesulfame if you want)
- Toppings of choice (I use salami and mozzarella
- Tartar Powder (Optional)
- Preheat oven to 150C and use both the heater from above and below
- Put 80g of the mozzarella in the microwave for 40-60s
- Wait for it to cool down
- Mix in a bowl, 35g of Almond Flour with a bit of salt and optionally half a tsp of Tartar powder
- Combine the mozzarella with the flour mix and mix until its thicc
- Roll pizza as thick or thin as you want and poke a few holes with a fork
- Put in oven and remove when it gets slightly brownish
- Put toppings on, switch to only heat from above, set to 200C, wait 5m and put the pizza back in until its all cooked
- Pig out
