Dudes I am so cooked right now sitting at almost 30% body fat. I cannot beat the cravings. I never crave anything sweet or sugary but if the thought of a Five Guys cheeseburger or Little Cesars pizza even crosses my mind I open DoorDash and it's like every "lean is law" "nothing tastes as good as lean looks" "fat stays longer than taste" motivation leaves my mind, then I sit in disappointment in myself 1 hour and 1300 calories later. HOW DO I BEAT THESE SHITASS CRAVINGS IM ADDICTED TO FAST FOOD BURGERS AND PIZZA. And no I'm not going to ingest any nicotine or "snow" so that's out of the question.

because you dont have actually motivation, maybe you hate yourself, but you have no motivation, like every addiction you dont stop until you live an experience that shows you that you should stop it, you need a real experience to give you motivation

Another thing is I already have a super hot out of my league gf who for some reason thinks I'm perfect so the motivation is literally so watered down that I always think "who cares if I don't lose weight as quick as possible it's not like I'm doing it for anyone's attention have a fuckin cheeseburger"

because you dont have actually motivation, maybe you hate yourself, but you have no motivation, like every addiction you dont stop until you live an experience that shows you that you should stop it, you need a real experience to give you motivation
Defo don't hate myself but you're onto something with the "no motivation" thing because I already have a girl so like the whole "you have to be 8% bf for female attention" thing is already debunked in my head

hey craving burgers and shit is a lot easier to manage just look up recipes for lower calorie options and eat those foods that are going to fill you up start the day off with something filling and get the thought of food out of your head for a good amount of time after. A burger every day isnt gonna kill you i personally dont eat any bread and shit for other reasons but if youre purely just trying to lose weight and i was in same boat and i mean still am trying to lose more but i was fat and probably around same bf and i just counted everything when i ate it and then got it out of my head. Also if a lot of those cravings are later in day try to save majority of calories for end of day lmk if you have more specific question i know a decent amount about that stuff good luck though
 
People will literally tell me "it's over for you" meanwhile I'm here at 5'4 28%body fat with a bombshell for a gf ALREADY lmfaoo
