Seriously. Eye areas are notoriously hard to change successfully. Now I don’t doubt angle, lighting and maybe some squinching played a part but he’s entirely unrecognisable.

Surgeries: supraorbital + infraorbital implant with saddle. (Presumably).

Honestly wonder whether it’s morphed or even the same guy.

would getting fat grahfting + supraoribitals procedures (and infraoribtal procedures if u have reccession in that area) be the way for hooded eyes?

If I can actually establish it’s legitimacy this is without a doubt the best eye area transformations my eyes have witnessed in the nearly ten years I’ve known about PSL. Nothing else comes even close.

Going from regular Joe eyes to nearly O’pry tier is almost unfathomable. Most eye area changes Ive seen with surgery always looked botched, or unremarkable.

I’ve always seen the eye area as one of the most important (if not most) part of the face, but also one you can do the least about safely and successfully.

I’ve got no idea what this guy paid, but forget the cost even $50K is cheap for a result like this.

I don't under stand the shade with hooded eyes, unless you have ptosis hooded eyes add the compactness and strikingness to the eye area. As for fat grafts yeah it can depending on whether your s candidate for fat grafting, the eye area is very difficult due to poor vascularity unfortunately, so mast of that fat goes away with time if you are a regularly active individual.
