i don't think he got jaw surgery or any osteotomy surgery , look at this pic of before :

he had the same forward growth

first it's obvious that he improved his skin coloring (naturally or artificially) , he changed his haircut

and IMO he got on roids , you can see that he lost buccal fat and doesn't look low T like before

3. some bone growth. (face bones can keep growing till early 20's. a few cm of bone, can make a good difference

it's impossible to get that bone growth after 19 in a small period of time (he disappeared in 2019 with his face still like before and then came back in 2020 directly his new face)
