Albania is the first country in the world to appoint an AI Minister. The AI Finance Minister, named Diella, has been introduced by the Prime Minister of Albania, who stated that it will help fight corruption.

Honestly I don’t know if I should laugh or cry, this world is getting crazier with the day.

Within a few years, governments may be heavily, if not entirely, led by AI, and our lives will only get worse. If you think politicians already lack empathy, wait until you’re ruled by a calculating robot instead.

Rational for an AI just means it optimizes whatever objective you gave it, if that objective is wrong or incomplete, the results will be disastrous.

AIs don’t have conscience, lived experience, empathy, or the moral judgment needed for hard human choices, and they can’t be held politically accountable by voters.
