Yo, bros, did you know your brain literally rebuilds its wiring when you learn something new? It’s called neuroplasticity—your neurons form new connections like a fucking city expanding its roads. A 2014 study in Nature showed adults who learned a new skill (like juggling) grew new neural pathways in just 6 weeks. So, every time you grind at something hard—like chess, coding, or even arguing on here—your brain’s getting jacked. Kinda makes you wanna pick up some random skill just to mog your old self, right? What weird shit are you learning to flex your brain?

I struggle learning and remembering certain things, especially Science
What could be the reason behind it?

struggling with learning and remembering science stuff could come from a few angles. Your brain’s ability to encode and recall info (especially dense shit like science) depends on a few factors. First, if you’re stressed or not sleeping enough, your hippocampus—that’s the memory hub—gets fucked and can’t consolidate info (check out studies on sleep and memory, like from Nature Reviews Neuroscience). Second, science is abstract, so if you’re not connecting it to real-world shit (like visualizing how atoms move), it’s harder to stick. Try chunking info into stories or images—your brain eats that up. Also, low dopamine from too much scrolling or bad diet can tank focus, making learning feel like wading through mud. I had this issue and started doing 10-min meditation before studying—sounds woo-woo, but it’s legit You tried any hacks for focus or memory yet? What’s your study setup like?

Pre-frontal Cortex shutdown

I first learned about this when I had my concussion last year. Apparently it's good for aiding recovery

dont even bother high iq maxxing if ure shitskinned. u just dont have the genetics.

Exact shit happening to me bro, I'm really fed up of everything due to my CNS being in Sympathetic Overdrive where it shuts down my PFC, Parahippocampus and overdrives my Limbic system GOSH It's very hard even performing simple tasks, i don't really know what to do got any other tip other than the ones you have mentioned, tbh i don't really bother doing anything not because of being lazy but always end up where my mind tells me that why bother ask for help? Or do something which doesn't assure you full reward it's pointless, I FEEL SO MISERABLE MAN.

Retard, race doesn't have anything to do with intelligence, even a subhuman can have high intelligence no matter the race.

Yeah it's called neuroplasticity

It's also at the center of pattern recognition developed after expertise, that's why chess players have an insane memory for chess but an average one outside that

Btw another study showed that taxi drivers had entirely different brain than an average person, with the hippocampus being overdevelopped

The hippocampus is the part that helps you navigate a 3d space
