That is a ton of filler, a lot of it in areas prone to migration around the mouth. The photos are probably from immediately post-treatment, she will lose probably 50% of the volume in just a week. Fillers are really good for subtle touch-ups, they are a scam when it comes to remodelling the whole lower third.

Filler is great for enhancing current bone, not creating new bone. If you're not recessed but have inwards gonials and/or round chin then filler is great.
