How will and can he debloat? My fat increased from age 16 onwards, before that age I was never bloated and looked better. I also very rarely work out and have quite the sedentary lifestyle for about 4 years now

I see. Because it's weird, I'm very skinny and almost underweight, but I have fat belly (literally) and lots of fat in my face (may also be thick skin but I hope it's fat bc I can improve fat)
