Crazy infra fraud or waste of time?

Ive seen a lot about undereye tightening serums, which unlike ur usual bullshit undereye cream, supposedly lets you temporarily tighten ur undereyes by using minerals that shrink when dried (sodium silicate, magnesium aluminium silicate).
U guys think this is a good fraud for some1 with excess fat underneath their eyes? Or another useless topical
