A few weeks ago I was browsing the forum and came across pneumo's guide (https://looksmax.org/threads/how-i-whitened-my-teeth-better-than-a-dentist-pics.534724/)
My teeth have never been too much of an insecurity as I have never needed braces and they have never been particulary yellow or discoloured.
However, why not maximise every metric of my appearance right? So, with a few days researched I ordered all the equipment needed to go through with this procedure.
BEFORE AND AFTER :
WHAT YOU WILL NEED :
Gingival barrier gel
Mouth openers
44% hydrogen peroxide gel
Hand-held mirror
Curing light for dental use
PROCEDURE :
Firstly, get two pieces of small tissue and apply at the top and bottom of your mouth (very small pieces or will interfere with the procedure.
Then, get your gingival barrier and put in your mouth opener making sure you're gums are fully visible (top and bottom).
This took me overall 4 different attempts as I kept fucking up the barrier placement so make sure you're lying fully flat on the floor as it's very runny. Anyway, apply around a 0.5-1mm amount around your teeth making sure to wipe any access gel from your teeth and it will massively interfere.
Then, cure the gel with the light for around 20 seconds on each layer of your gums and get the gel ready.
Using a cotton bud, rub a small amount on each tooth carefully and start a 15 minute timer.
When the time is up, remove the gel slowly from each tooth with a piece of tissue and repeat 4x for 15 minutes each time.
Then, remove the barrier and tissue, rinse your mouth out with warm water and brush your teeth.
SIDE EFFECTS
Irritation after for up to 24 hours ( completely normal).
Numbness and pain while eating.
And yeah guys that's literally it. Instant appeal boost so why not do it. Hope this was helpful
