Poor lil feller doesn't know about iPhone yet. I speculate the document was recorded with an iPhone, which contributed to the separation of the elements within the image-scanned document.

I recorded something similar that happened in front of my door so many years ago when I lived in another city. I could have uploaded it. Instead, I deleted it because it revealed a vulnerability. What I recorded was public record and my rights would've been protected if doing so. But I deleted it because I knew it could pose a risk. Not all eyes are tethered to good souls. Even having personal experience with some of them being assholes, I still did what I felt was right and sent the video into the abyss.
