Doesn't matter at the end of the day because 95% of health from diet comes down to just staying lean and not overeating. Thats why people improve blood work on both carnivore and vegan diet then think either are a miracle and promote them like fktards. Nah u just lost bf bro.

Avoid process foods.

Saturated fat from red meat leads to arterial plaque but it takes decades. I may go carnivore for a year or two to get lean, and then go plant based for like five years to reverse the arterial plaque, and then another year or two of carnivore, repeat.

Are there any studies comparing people with low metabolic rate, to people with high metabolic rate, that control for other variables, like the studies done for saturated fat and red meat consumption?

It might be worth reading the studies on arterial plaque and life style to see if they support this theory.

But I don't think they do, since even highly active carnivores have arterial plaque build up.
