can't swallow my own saliva without pain. What every palatecel has to go through. No longer a child so i'll have to break my bank account to pay for it too

Got mine removed

what ended up happening

mine hurt like a bitch too even though they're growing in straight I think I'm gonna get them removed

The pain is better than losing bone density and forward growth

Better to lose them as an adult

Your bones are more solid and you won’t lose as much bone support

I'm an adult my growth is done bro and prolly will get bone grafts if I remove them

i wouldve way rather had MSE done as a teen than got my wisdom teeth yeeted. Wish I knew better

might be due to infection or some shit. the kike dentist said mine were infected and digging into the other teeth and might destroy the other teeth. cucked removing that mogger palate and full bone idk

better than getting teeth shift and losing the neighboring tooth and getting infection which erodes jaw bone

There's 0 evidence of MSE causing wisdom teeth eruption

To close the diastema you realign your teeth into the newly formed alveolar bone, leaving more space where you can potentially bring your wisdom teeth into, so you're wrong

But there are many other actual reasons MSE is a meme.
I'm not wrong, I didn't ask for your hypothesis, I asked for proof, which you don't have. You seriously assume wisdom teeth will still move that much? Not forgetting horizontally tipped wisdom teeth and impacted.

Mse is good, just not for this.

easiest way to relieve tooth pain, is to kill yourself.

No, but in a case where the wisdom teeth require around the same space that would be created by the diastema.... you could literally just move it. It's not quantum physics. Is that case even realistic? I don't know, it wouldn't even be really impacted I guess

Could upright them beforehand (Also don't know why someone would do that)

Good in what ways
Not to be rude, but you have 0 idea what you're talking about. You can't magically move your wisdom teeth. If you're past 20 and they're still not erupted, they're not going to move, you can't just magically make them erupt... My wisdom teeth were severely impacted and 1 was horizontal (as you can see on the img) and caused infections on a weekly basis, that's not even including potential cysts which would actually cause severe bone loss, keeping them will do more harm.

This whole conversation doesn't make sense, theoreticals are completely useless as a mean of evidence, send me an actual study that shows the majority of people with impacted wisdom teeth getting MSE still erupt, you won't find it.

How the fuck do you plan on uprighting them

Interesting cuz there's this (unscientific) idea that a narrow/high-vaulted palate is what causes deviated septums

I was really looking into MSE but I'm mainly an aesthetics guy so I came to the conclusion it's not worth it
Yep I know bro, but the septoplasty was ensuranced and it made my nose look alot straighter, so I had to do it. I only paid 385 euros for insurance for both operations.

Id like to do mse for breathing but idk of any orthos in my country that'd do it.
