Crease on under eye

I have a very good eye shape great pfl done turned medial canthus 4-4.5 canthal tilt. Minimal to no upper eyelid exposure between negative hooding and perfect hooding. Almost straight under-eye but has a little roundess towards the outside of my eye likely due to my zygos not being insanely high but they are still decently high. Despite this i have a minor flae a crease on my undereye and in my opinions ruins my eyes how can i fix it. Is it due to lack of collagen? or vitamin a? (idk shit abt skin care)

you think i was thinking that to as my only option it is pretty cheap tbf compared to other procedures Ill see what other people say and mark you as solution if nothing better pops up
