Just lay down on a bench and put a dumbell behind your body and raise it until paralel with the bench. Stretch and everything is crazy. The best side delt exercice for me.

Also lenthened partials are better for hypertrophy

Should I do a guide on this ?

No they aren’t
They are atleast as hypertrophic as full rom but probably better ( there was a study on calf where lenthened partial were better and lead to 50% more growth )
