I have hard of so many people having extreme hairloss on creatine,
Is there any alternative?

TMG+NR

TMG works as an osmolyte letting water into the mycotes when needed and the NR can help create more ATP during exercise by increasing the NAD/NADH balance which will eventually create more ATP even though the exercise is using your ATPs and increasing the AMP:ATP balance, putting you into AMPK.

That's probably the closest alternative to creating imo

People have far overrated the sides of creatine

It's a supplement many millions of gymcels use worldwide on the daily without any fucks given

If you're prone to hairloss then yes I would probably avoid it, but remember the link between hairloss and creatine hasn't even been firmly proven afaik. jfl at these people basically equating it to steroids though

Yes I am prone to hairloss which is why I chose to avoid it,
Also I'm pretty sure I actually had hairloss while using creatine because ever since I stopped using it (2 years ago) I have had no more recession in my hairline at all.
