I am planning to start taking creatine from the mid of this month.
My reason to take creatine is not primarily the muscles but the DHT increase for more bone density since I'm still growing and am a teenager.

I was looking for guide on how to take it but found threads saying it causes bloating?
Well , If it does cause bloating and if it's temporary how do I debloat from it quick?

Also please tell me how to take it (routine) or if I even should take it.

does it bloat in the face muscles or other muscles and belly?
cause most of the things i read say that it retains water in the muscles but there are muscles in the face too.
also please tell me how do i start it properly.

why flavored? i dont care bout the taste.
you don’t gotta get flavored, it’s just that some people describe drinking unflavored as a little chalky but it might be cus the mesh rating of the brand they got was bad

I DONT WANT TO PUT DRUGS IN MY BODY (not yet atleast).
Buddy creatine is a synthetic drug made in a lab. The only difference with test is your gonna be alot more results (with a pct ofcourse)

Creatine has 0 to bit of side effects that why it’s so good. Just use it you will only receive positive results. Just don’t use too much since you will destroy your lungs

Thats a pussy reason but I face the same issue. The protocol im going to do is 10mg ostarine (sarm) + 6.25 enclomiphene (so my testosterone isnt shut down) and then 5mg mk677 (to increase igf1). These can all be bought surface web and are oral only. Im gonna do this in about a week

It doesn't bloat you, your muscles are just full of water, meaning masseters will be too, so it kind of looks like a bloat, but isn't

Drink more water and it should do the trick
it usually comes with a bit of bloating because it promotes water retention
and the whole flavor thing isn't really bad, the creapure one has a worse taste but they're all good enough

it's day 3 of taking creapure and I don't notice any bloating ( even if it is there , it's minimal ) . I've been taking 3gm of it with lots of water and have been eating enough carbs ( no change in diet tbh already have carbs ).

the water retention is stored in your muscles so no bloat. And bro your not gonna get a big dht increase from creatine I promise. DHT nukes 30+ percent of men's hairline.
