Does creatine makes you bloat or not? im trynna debloat but some people say creatine bloats beacuse of the muscle on the face

Im using it for a month now pure creatine 3,5g per day (using more than 5g per day has no positive impact show studies) and i would say my muscles are more defined, no hairloss or other side effects i drink 4l-5l Water Btw

Most likely you just gained weight and a bit of fat while lifting and blamed it on water because you were already worried about bloating.
