I stopped taking creatine for a week and my lifting capabilities dropped by like 20% for moderate rep exercises. Creatine is legit af and if you are serious about gymcelling you need to hop on creatine.

I started taking creatine after that week and my lifting is already back to normal after another week of supplementation lul

Dont do axial loading exercises, it will fuck up ur height.

Shoulder press and shrugs aswell, i think even incline bench press can fuck up spine.

This guy isn't even an MD. He has a PhD in nutrition and pharmacology. If I hear such advice from an MD that specializing in spinal work I will give serious consideration to it, otherwise not.

He seems like a smart guy tbh. I am going to check out some of his other videos. But he should stay in his lane.
