2-3 days later my abs felt so tight bloated and invisible like a GH gut and my face looked like a bloated potato and even my eyelids were swollen upon waking

Stopped it yesterday and face and abdomen and face look lean again

Not worth the marginal strength gain, could be nocebo but I doubt

Never noticed subcutaneous water retention from creatine only intramuscular
