creatine question

I am 16, started taking creatine like 4month ago. I was taking 3,5g daily (as the instruction on the jar said) and I don't think I've noticed any benefits from it. However, I started getting breakouts in my chin area. I am not sure if I should stop taking it. I've been using skincare and also have a clean diet, but it barely helps.
 
A lot of people are non-responders to creatine. And it barely does anything if you are a complete novice.
 
If it makes u get breakouts its better to stop there is not that good of a benefit
