Hello guys, quick question I just ordered some creatine for the first time but I want to know how do I actually use it.
I heard that some people do cycles or something and others take it constantly how should I do it then? Also does this bloat me or something can I add it in my protein shake also?
 
5g everyday and it does bloat you for the first 2-3 weeks

I mean I'll take is just to progress a little more in the gym then slowly will stop it
 
Just take a bit stronger creatine called mk667 works better

20-25 grams per day, split between 4-5 daily doses, for 5-7 days is how you load and then a daily maintenance dose of 3-5 grams per day
