Let's clear this up once and for all.

Can the positive effects of taking creatine compensate for the possible risk of side effects such as facial bloat and hair loss? Is it worth buying or not?
 
I have 3g of creatine in my preworkout. I go gymcelling 4 times a week. Will that bloat me?
 
try it our for yourself then decide

Creatine was a huge part of me getting in shape. I started taking it and after a week my muscles looked noticeably bigger and just seeing what you look like with bigger muscles is great motivation for getting into shape. It didn’t cause any hair loss for me, some people are more effected by the dht increase. Also it helps you in the gym by letting lift for longer delaying fatigue. Obviously you have to lift if you’re taking it and train hard.
 
Bloats hard, small strength gain, no different in muscle size for me
