Creating new account on Tinder with someone else’s number to get boosted. Do I risk getting banned?

Hi, recently I got an idea to create a new account on tinder, using my phone but my brothers numer (with his consent of course). If he never used Tinder, would that got me a fresh start at Tinder (and boost after creating an account) or not? Is there a risk of getting banned for that?
