You would use a giftcard to crypto exchange. So use the stolen card to buy a giftcard, buy crypto with the giftcard (there are plenty of reputable exchange markets that facilitate this), then the crypto would be sent to a wallet of your choice, you can then swap the crypto to a different currency and send it to a private wallet.

Every movement that the stolen card will do will be tracked, if you wanna have hig chances of kinda buy is to find a really bad site on somewhere or have a facebook stolen account, put the card in and buy either off the low trust sites or facebook marketplace people amd pray it will work and wont get scammed by someone
