Crest 3d whitening strips???

I have the professional 20 day pack, and wanted to know if I’ll see any results after 9 days, and if this will cook my teeth or not???

Yeah they work depends how often you use them, they make my teeth ice like crazy and they hurt for like 24 hours after using a pair its miserable so i only use one before an event or smt, as even if you only use them like once a week or even less your teeth keep getting whiter each usage they dont go back to yellow. Idk your experience will prob differ

i use hydrogen peroxide diluted with water and swish and it works wonders
