Yea, it’s basically ur brain trying to not hurt itself.

The more uncomfortable things u do, the more comfortable u will be.

It’s why parents always encourage kids from childhood when they can’t draw, can’t play sports ( go to a little league game), always saying you can do it.

All of this builds confidence and everything u do seems normal. A kid who’s had a talk about girls will do better than one who isn’t ( why toxic masculinity needs to exist)
