"I may be suck at languages but I'm sure I'm better at math than you"
Cringiest cope I've ever heard from a nerd, they're not really that mutually exclusive. In fact, there are tons of people who are extremely good at math and learning multiple languages out there. They just keep learning whatever they interested in. They are wayyyy better at these skills than me and you. It's pathetic to resorted to use one's limited math ability to cope with their unwillingness to spend their time to learn a language. Perhaps, they perceive being good at languages as more "artsy" and "soft" compared to the "concrete" and "genius" connotation of being good at math.
